Join Founders Cafe for the inaugural Grand Nelson Sausage Comp! It's a guaranteed good one with Heck 'More than Meats the Eye' Butchers supplying snags for the bbq, Founders Cafe pouring great local beer and local meat enthusiasts competing for the title of NELSON'S BEST SAUSAGE.
An evening full of music, beer and everybody's favourite from the barbie.....SAUSAGES! Get inspired and bring your creatively cased meat down to be judged by Nelson's top butcher and two guest chefs.
Nelson's much loved Coppermine Junction will be entertaining the crowds and the chef has worked on a sausage menu to please all with Heck sausages and Mapua Village Bakery.
All proceeds of this event will go towards supporting Prostate Cancer Foundation NZ.
