How do I sign up?
Signing up is nice, easy and free! Click the "SIGN UP" button, fill in your details and start fundraising!
Children aged 14 and under require an adult to sign consent at check-in with the operator (Please Note: Kawarau Bungy, Queenstown Ledge Bungy and Auckland Bungy also require the adult to accompany the child on the experience). See Age Restriction FAQ for more details.
If you have signed up [now or in the past] for another event [such as Blue September or Skydive4Prostate] you will already be in system [based on your email], so click on the Already Have An Account tab. Forgotten your password? Click Forgotten Your Password and do a reset.
How do I get into my account?
Can't log in? No good! It's easy to reset your password though. Just head to the login page and click "Forgot your password?". It'll send you an email, then you'll be on your way. If you didn't receive the email make sure you check your junk or spam folder. It might take a few minutes to arrive.
How do I receive donations?
If it's your first time fundraising, asking for donations can be daunting. But don't be scared, friends and family want to support you! Just explain what you're doing and why you're doing it, then ask. If you don't get any donations the first time, you can always ask again later. See FAQ Can I share my page with family and friends? for instructions on how to share your page.
How do I thank my donors?
Getting donations is exciting, but make sure you say thanks! You can thank your donors by logging into your fundraising dashboard, scrolling down to your donation feed, and clicking the little heart icon. Write a message, and we'll send it to your donor on your behalf.
Where and when can I do my AJ Hackett Bungy experience?
Once you've have reached your fundraising target (by 30 December 2024) you'll receive a voucher from AJ Hackett Bungy that will be valid for 12 months. You can then book to take your leap when it suits you.

Is there an age restriction?
Yes, a minimum age of 10 years for the experiences associated with this event. Children aged 14 or under require an adult to sign consent at check-in.
Please note:
- Queenstown Kawarau Bungy, Queenstown Ledge Bungy and Auckland Bungy also require the adult to accompany the child on their experience.
- Minimum weight limits also apply for children, to ensure they fit the equiment correctly. These are outlined in the next FAQ 'Are there weight restrictions?'
- Auckland Bungy also operates a minimum height, being 120cm to ensure they fit the harness correctly.
Are there weight restrictions?
Yes, and they do vary by experience. Listed below are the minimum and maximum weights for each.
Queenstown Kawarau Bungy: Between 35kg 235kg
Queenstown Ledge Bungy: Between 30kg and 107kg
Taupo Bungy: Between 35kg and 150kg
Taupo Swing: Between 30kg and 150kg
Auckland Bungy: Between 35kg and 150kg
Auckland SkyJump: Between 30kg and 122kg
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing and flat, secure and enclosed footwear. Weather conditions can vary so be prepared to layer up and take a jacket with you. All other equipment will be supplied, including the extremely saucy flying suit if you're taking the Auckland SkyJump.
Are there any medical considerations?
If you are unsure if an existing medical condition or injury will affect your planned activity please consult with your doctor for advice. We are unable to advise on medical issues.
Glasses may not be able to be worn, for safety reasons. However prescription safety glasses are available free of charge.
Unfortunately pregnant activity seekers or those with photosensitive epilepsy are unable to participate, and those with other medical conditions may require a doctor's certificate.

How long will it take and can I bring spectators?
Duration will vary from experience to experience, the times below will give you an indication of how much time to allow for.
Queenstown Kawarau Bungy: Self-drive 1.5 hrs / Bungy Bus 3.5 hrs
Queenstown Ledge Bungy: 1.5 hrs incl. gondola travel time
Taupo Bungy: 1 hr
Taupo Swing: 1 hr
Auckland Bungy: 2 hrs
Auckland SkyJump: 45 minutes
Absolutely, we encourage you to bring along your supporters so they can celebrate your achievement! All sites have the capacity to host spectators, although depending on the site there may be a cost associated with specatating. Please contact the operator directly to check.
