$75 per rider valid to Sunday 13 February 2022, thereafter increasing to $85 per rider. Entry includes a post-event meal at prizegiving. 

You can register as a Solo Rider but also as a 2-Rider or 4-Rider Team. See the next FAQ for details. 

When you sign up select Create a Team, then select Team of 2 or Team of 4. 

There are several ways you can invite others to join your team. 

1. After you've set up your team (before payment) you should see a tab called 'Multiple Entries'. From there you can Invite A Friend to invite others to join your team. All you need to do is enter their name and email address and they will receive an email invitation to join your team.  
   
   
2. At the final stage of your sign up (after payment). From the pop up screen either click SEND INVITES button to send an email (with pre-populated content to someone specific), OR copy and paste your TEAM PAGE URL to share an invite via social media (or email); 
   
   
3. When logged in go to the MY TEAM tab. Scroll down the page and you'll see 'Invite others to join your TEAM'. Copy the URL and paste into a social post or email to invite them;  
   
   
4. When logged in go to the TEAM MEMBERS tab. Here you will be able to invite specific people to join your team. Put in their details and email and an automated invitation email will be sent to them. How many team members you can invite will depend on the size of your team, i.e. one if a Team of 2, or up to three if a Team of 4 (depending on how many members you have already).  

You can then choose to enter in the following categories: E-bike open or E-bike over 60s. Please note, if you are entering a team using an e-bike then all members of your team must be e-bike registrations in order to qualify for your category. 

Only a minimum age of 13 years.

Your registration includes a race pack and lunch. Your race pack will be given to you on the morning at registration, and includes a meal chit, race tag and timing transponder.

In the case of a forfeited entry or cancelled event the entry fee will not be refunded or transferable to another event held by the event organiser (unless cancellation is in response to changes in COVID-19 Alert Level Restrictions, in which case a refund of the entry fee will be available).

If you are a member of a team and need to withdraw from the event, the team must register a new rider. The withdrawing and replacing participants must give the event organiser written notice via email to events@prostate.org.nz no less than 10 business days prior to the event date.

Timing results are live - the details of the winner of each category will be announced at prize giving.

Volunteers play an important role, helping behind the scenes, setting up, staffing the registration desk or the BBQ, marshalling the track or transition zone and supporting the riders with cheerful support.
