First ride out as a Team

Well folks, the training has begun! With both Shane and I bringing our bikes into work and using our lunch breaks as an opportunity to get some training in, it’s a great way to hold each other accountable. We are lucky enough to have access to a bike track just down the road from work, a chance for us to get some decent training under our belts.
