| 8.30am | Health & Safety Briefing in the Pavilion |
| 8.45am | First riders head on to the track |
| 9.00am | Race begins |
| 1.00pm | Race ends |
| 1.20pm | Prize giving and lunch in the Pavilion |
| 2.45pm | Event finished |
