This year I am taking on Hampton Downs in Pedal4Prostate

Well, it's that time of the year again for me and my Warkworth Riders whanau to head down to Hampton Downs for the annual Pedal4Prostate cycle challenge to help raise vital funds and continued awareness for the Prostate Cancer Foundation - who do an awesome job supporting kiwi men and their whanau living with prostate cancer. Rob and I [pictured above at lovely Martin's Bay Warkworth] are getting very excited as the Big Day rapidly approaches this Saturday - weather forecast looks promising and kind so far - hopefully we can both hang on to a swift bunch of riders to bank at least 40 laps [50 or more would be an awesome bonus]. Special thanks to all our very kind and generous donors to date - much of them are part of our extended WWR whanau. Hampton Downs is such a magical experience and annual privilege to ride bikes around "car-free" - plus pretty handy training for the Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge 6 weeks later. Rob and I wish all the other riders and Teams a fantastic fun-filled day and safe riding ...
