This year I am taking on Hampton Downs in Pedal4Prostate

This year I'm taking on Hampton Downs again in the 4 hour Pedal4Prostate cycle challenge on Sunday 6 October to raise vital funds and awareness for the Prostate Cancer Foundation who support Kiwi taane [men] and their whanau living with prostate cancer.
Last year I completed 100 kms on my MTB within the 4 hours time limit [including the odd "pitstop"]. This year with the help of my Warkworth Riders teammates I'm aiming to ride over 140 kms.
