Sunday 29th Sep Looking to support a great cause without breaking a sweat? Join me as I swap my uniform for lycra and hit the pedals for the Pedal4Prostate charity cycle race next weekend at Hampton Downs. This event is raising awareness and funds for prostate cancer, a significant health issue affecting men.Prostate cancer is a serious concern, but together, we can make a difference. While I'm trading in my usual attire for cycling gear, I'm also asking for your support. Every donation, no matter how small, can contribute to vital research, treatment, and raising awareness.
