I'm fundraising for a great cause!

I'm fundraising to help the Prostate Cancer Foundation fight prostate cancer, the most commonly diagnosed cancer in NZ and the number one cancer affecting Kiwi men. Every year more than 4,000 Kiwi men are diagnosed and around 700 die.

All these men deserve to live their best life, and hundreds of families do not deserve to have their loved one taken away too soon. It would be awesome if you could help too by donating to help me reach my fundraising target.

Tuesday 29th Aug
It's officially 1week till I get on the rowing machine and row my arse  off. for the 8 hours  for rowing for a cure, the live stream will be through my Facebook throughout the day on Tuesday 5th September  certainly will be a great day 😀 I have a donation box already set up  at the gym and has got some donations 😀 
Aswell as the online link  with the q.r code with donations. It truly is good too see people with kind hearts out there you are the people that help make a difference too those in need 😇💙🩵

So far I have raised my first $💯 . I want too thank all of you lovely people out there who actually give a little 💙🩵😇🥰

To help support  all those who are diagnosed with prostate cancer to get better 🙏 😇 and yes to all my male friends  yes it's embarrassing  to talk about most times, and to joke around, but in seriousness never ever be afraid to get yourself checked out clinically, because  you don't want to learn one day that you can't urinate properly, or your reproduction doesn't work properly,  better to be healthy than not 😇💙🩵

Also just estimate so far I have rowed 21kms  within 1hour 45mins. I however  have done 4hours once before on the rowing machine,but forgot how 🤔 many kms I had done as i was just testing 😅 out how long I could sit on the machine  but yeah 8hours will be a long day...

Thursday 3rd Aug
Today I'm training on the row machine at snapfitness at the palms mall already have done 15kms over an hour... it's just a cruisey row  after a great 10hour day from work  I also decided to do a light jog to the gym aswell...
I am very happy  that the donations have started for this great cause 😇💙🩵 #blueseptember
