I'm fundraising for a great cause!
I'm fundraising to help the Prostate Cancer Foundation fight prostate cancer, the most commonly diagnosed cancer in NZ and the number one cancer affecting Kiwi men. Every year more than 4,000 Kiwi men are diagnosed and around 700 die.
All these men deserve to live their best life, and hundreds of families do not deserve to have their loved one taken away too soon. It would be awesome if you could help too by donating to help me reach my fundraising target.

Tuesday 15th Aug Also just estimate so far I have rowed 21kms within 1hour 45mins. I however have done 4hours once before on the rowing machine,but forgot how 🤔 many kms I had done as i was just testing 😅 out how long I could sit on the machine but yeah 8hours will be a long day... Share

Thursday 3rd Aug Today I'm training on the row machine at snapfitness at the palms mall already have done 15kms over an hour... it's just a cruisey row after a great 10hour day from work I also decided to do a light jog to the gym aswell...Thank you to my Supporters
