I'm hoping to walk the Central Otago Rail Trail during the month of March, in memory of my beautiful father, Mike Riddell, who lost his fight with prostate cancer in March 2022, 3 days after his birthday. My Dad was the most amazing man I've ever met. And losing him was devastating. We lose too many good men to this insidious disease. Please help me raise funds for the Prostate Cancer Foundation NZ. I know Dad found their support and aroha invaluable.
I'm currently on a health and wellbeing journey, and have decided to push outside my comfort zone, and attempt a walk I never would have dreamed of 10 weeks ago.
