How do I sign up?

Signing up is nice, easy and free! You just need to be at least 16 years old. Click the "Sign up" button, fill in your details and start fundraising!

How do I receive donations?

If it's your first time fundraising, asking for donations can be daunting. But don't be scared, friends and family want to support you! Just explain what you're doing and why you're doing it, then ask. If you don't get any donations the first time, you can always ask again later.

Can I form a team?

You sure can! A team is a great way to fundraise with friends and family. Create a team when you sign up, or afterwards from your fundraising dashboard.

How do I thank my donors?

Getting donations is exciting, but make sure you say thanks! You can thank your donors by logging into your fundraising dashboard, scrolling down to your donation feed, and clicking the little heart icon. Write a message, and we'll send it to your donor on your behalf.

How do I get into my account?

Can't log in? No good! It's easy to reset your password though. Just head to the login page and click "Forgot your password?". It'll send you an email, then you'll be on your way. If you didn't receive the email make sure you check your junk or spam folder. It might take a few minutes to arrive.

How high is the skydive?

The skydive is 13,000ft. There will also be the opportunity for our skydivers to purchase upgrades to higher altitudes on the day, and purchase camera packages if they like.

What is the age limit?

There is no age restriction, however if you are under 18 years of age, you will need a parent or guardian with you to sign the consent form on your behalf.

What should I wear to go skydiving?

Skydive Auckland provide all your equipment, we just need you to wear comfortable clothing that is appropriate to the weather. You must wear comfortable shoes that can be secured, such as trainers/sneakers. High heels, jandals and flip-flops are not suitable footwear and cannot be worn.

Can I bring spectators?

Yes! We encourage you to bring all your supporters to the May 1st Jump day! Skydive Auckland have an awesome viewing deck with plenty of seating so that your friends and family can watch you land.

Can I join if I have an injury or medical problem?

If you are unsure if an existing medical condition or injury will affect your skydive, please consult with your doctor for advice. We are unable to advise on medical issues.

Where is the skydive?

Skydive Auckland is located in Parakai, an easy 45 minute drive from Auckland City.

Can I share my page with my family and friends?

Absolutely! You can create a fundraising page for your whole family if you like. Or, if you each want your own page then you can form a team and we'll tally your fundraising together.
